We start with our own pork sausage meat and combine it perfectly with carrot and the aniseedy hit of fennel wrapped up in the buttery goodness of our puff pastry, topped with crunchy fennel seeds.

This little number is an Australian classic.
We create our own beef sausage meat and compliment it with the tasty goodness of cheese and bacon.
Combine that with our perfect puff pastry and a tomato sauce and you have the perfect Aussie lunch.
